Founder, Former President Lu WenyueMr. founded "Zhenghe Fishery Co., Ltd.", built three squid boats, and developed the squid fishery in the Falkland Islands. Afterwards, the squid boats were converted into ultra-low temperature fishing vessels to catch tuna in the Atlantic region and sell them to Japan.

"Da Yu Aquatic Products Co., Ltd." was established in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is a standard factory equipped with ultra-low temperature freezing storage and processing production lines. It started operations in April 2013. Its main business is the processing of various fish species, the storage of raw materials and finished products, and the export of raw materials.
Established Yifan Seafood Co., Ltd. in Taiwan and worked with Japanese partners to promote Japanese food ingredients, import and sell them in the Taiwanese market.
Seeing the demand for storage of aquatic raw materials in Japan, we established a 3,000-ton ultra-low temperature freezer in Yaizu City, Japan.
Established the B2C e-commerce brand "海の优" to deliver the freshest seafood to end consumers through the Internet.
